GenPass
Based on a statistical analysis of a large dictionary of English words, the GenPass iPhone application will quickly generate passwords that are easy to remember and secure. You can optionally include characters and numbers to make the passwords even harder to break.

I’ve submitted an update the allow access to some iPhone 3.0 features. It usually takes a week for Apple to approve a release.
