I’m tempted to go to a Starbucks and start sneezing and coughing. Does that make me a bad person? M-O-O-N, that spells trouble.
The second Nursery Crime book by Jasper Fforde, it took a little while for me to get into the groove of reading it. I think I just read too many Fforde books in a row. But once I did, I couldn’t put it down and in the end I enjoyed more than the first one. I’m sorry he’s only planning on writing three of them.
And this is the last published Fforde book, I’m caught and have to wait for him to write more. Arrgh!

What a storm. The beltway is closed at Richmond, Indrani’s going to have trouble getting to work.
I’ve been meaning to pick up the first book in this series for a while. I think I read about in relation to The Dresden Files as a series you may also like. Sharon let me borrow a collection of short stories that had a Simon R. Green story in it and I enjoyed it, so off to Half-Price Books.
A good read, not as good as the Dresden series, but worth following up.
Ack, opened up my dev box to put in a new hard drive and made the mistake of blowing out all the dust. Now I can’t breathe.
Jinxed it, last.fm under Boxee locks up after 4-5 songs. The desktop client still works though.
Upgraded to the latest Boxee over coffee. Hulu.com and last.fm both work now and the interface seems snappier. Happy happy joy joy.
Laptop back working. Using
Option "AccelMethod" "UXA"
in xorg.conf and disabled compiz. No wiggly windows for me.
Upgraded my laptop to Ubuntu Jaunty and the default video configuration is fubar. I’m back running with no acceleration, which sucks.
Woo-hoo! My first iPhone app is out, search the AppStore for GenPass. Now I sit back and wait for the sweet cash to roll in.
Learning about udev rules, woo-hoo!
Sitting in the bank, waiting for a banker. Lalalalalalala.
