The hard drive mounted on the right hand side of the case, the drive is laying on its side with the connectors facing the front. If I remember correctly, there were two black rails I mounted on the drive, starting at the front of the case insert the drive the bottom side first and the angled the top rail in. You then slide the drive to the back of the case. There are slots on the top and bottom of the sheet metal to guide the rails.

I'll see if I can find some photos later.

I just built the same system ( D945GCLF2, Rosewill RS-MI-01, 5.25" DVDRW drive, media card reader in floppy bay and a 2.5" 160GB Seagate); However I'm having trouble finding where to mount the internal 3.5" drive (2.5" drive using brackets to fit in a 3.5" bay)...
The only space for a 3.5 drive I see is in the floppy bay.. I assume the extra plastic brackets are for this purpose, i just cant find a place to put them. Since you seem to know how to install this, could you put up a pic or a detailed description for where to mount the 2nd 3.5inch drive?
