Thursday Next: First Among Sequels

Damn, the last Thursday Next book that’s out, now I have to wait until the spring for a new one.

Good stuff, I need to check out some of his other series.

Forever Free

Sometimes I have to slap myself upside the head. I bought this years ago at a discount store but kept it on the shelf waiting to pick up a copy of “Forever Peace” before reading it. Well, turns out that’s not a direct sequel to “Forever War”, this one is and I could have read it a long, long time ago.

I enjoyed it, a quick read, although the Deus Ex Machina ending (literally) was a bit much for me. I’ve only read 2-3 Haldeman novels, I need to start working my way through the rest.
