Beguilement
New Bujold! Ah, part one of two, boo. Another fantasy but this some not in the world of The Curse of Chalion
It was a good read, but not quite as good as her previous fantasy novels. However, this is the first half of the story so I may feel differently by the end. And a good Bujold book is better than most any other sci-fi/fantasy out there today.
I do wonder, this is at least her second book with an old man getting involved with a much younger woman, I’m not sure if she targeting her audience of if something else is going on.
